If any of our products do not meet your expectation, simply contact your personal LeRêve Consultant or our LeRêve Customer Service team within 50 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange, replacement or refund. See below for full details and conditions of our product returns policy which goes above and beyond the minimum requirements for businesses under the Australian Consumer Law (also shown below).
Product Returns Policy Detailed
LeRêve will accept any products returned for full credit or replacement, and will pay for the return of such products, provided the following conditions are all met:
The product is returned within 50 days of delivery
Less than 10% of the product has been consumed (except for Skincare returns which are not measured)
An ‘Authority Number’ is obtained from your LeRêve Consultant or from LeRêve Customer Service prior to the product being returned (without this authority number the cost of return must be paid by the customer)
A completed ‘product return form’ accompanies the product being returned. To download this form click here
The Company will accept unconditionally returns for any items that are incorrectly supplied or leaking/broken in transit.
Our Ultrasonic Diffusers carry an extended 12-month warranty for technical defects only and may be returned for replacement for up to 12 months from delivery.
LeRêve will not accept returns of items purchased from third party shopping portals such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, etc. We can only accept returns of products purchased from our website or through an authorised Independent LeRêve Consultant.
LeRêve will not accept product for credit or replacement where the product has been misused or damaged due to neglect.
LeRêve reserves the right to check returns against original orders to validate product purchases and confirm the original delivery date.
LeRêve is not responsible for return packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
Please note that shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Product Return Instructions
Contact your personal LeRêve Consultant or LeRêve Customer Service to discuss your product return and request an authority number if necessary
Complete the product return form with all requested details (see your original order invoice for information). If you need to pay any difference for items requested in exchange, please include credit card details on the form. For refunds, please include your original credit card details or bank details on the form.
Box up the products carefully so they will not be damaged in transit and send them with your completed product return form to the following address:

Once it is received at the LeRêve Office, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and any exchange products dispatched.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Any warranty against defects contained herein is in addition to any other rights and remedies to which you are entitled under the ACL.
